Hi I'm Charlotte
For most of my life, I felt like I was failing at something everyone else seemed to find easy.
I thought the problem was me. That I just needed more willpower, more discipline, more control.
I believed that if I could just stick to the plan, I’d finally be happy with my body.
Spoiler alert: that never happened.
My teens and 20s were a blur of:
❌ All-or-nothing attempts at eating “perfectly” (followed by giving up completely).
❌ Punishing workouts to make up for what I ate.
❌ Always feeling behind, no matter how much effort I put in.
❌ Knowing exactly what to do, but never being able to stick to it for long.
❌ Beating myself up for having no self-control—while secretly wondering if I’d ever get my sh*t together.
By my 30s, I was exhausted. My body had had enough of the nonsense.
And so had I.
So I started digging. Why was I either all in or completely off the rails?
Why did I struggle with motivation, energy, and consistency, no matter how much
I wanted to change?
Why did everyone else seem to handle things better than me?
At 36, I got my answer: I wasn’t broken. My brain was just different
.👉 I wasn’t lazy—I was chronically dysregulated.
👉 I didn’t lack willpower—I lacked a system that actually worked for me.
👉 I wasn’t the problem—the way fitness & nutrition had been taught to me was.
That’s when everything changed.
My Coaching Isn’t for Everyone. But If This Sounds Like You…
✅ You’re tired of all-or-nothing thinking keeping you stuck.
✅ You know exactly what to do, but can’t seem to stay consistent.
✅ You’re burnt out on diet culture, and you just want a way to feel good in your body
(without tracking every bite or punishing yourself for bad days.)
✅ You’ve tried everything, and nothing seems to stick.
If that’s you, I can help.
Because I’ve been exactly where you are. And now?
I teach women how to work WITH their brain and body instead of constantly fighting against it.
So if you’re ready to finally feel in control, strong, and consistent for the first time ever
without feeling like you’re about to crash and burn…Let’s do this. 🚀
My Fitness Journey:
Breaking Free from the All-or-Nothing Trap
For years, I thought my body was a problem to “fix.”
I jumped between extreme diets, punishing workouts, and the belief that more control = better results.
But what if the problem wasn’t my body?
What if the problem was how I was taught to approach fitness in the first place?
That realisation changed everything.
From there, my fitness journey unfolded in phases—each one teaching me a lesson that now helps my clients break free from the same struggles:

👉 Fat Loss Phase – Learning that building habits beats starving for results. No more crash diets, just smart structure that worked for me.
👉 Photoshoot Phase – Proving to myself that I could set a goal and follow through, even with motivation struggles. (This is where I learned the power of momentum over motivation!)
👉 Growth Phase – Shifting my focus to strength, muscle, and feeling powerful, rather than just chasing weight loss.
👉 Maintenance Phase – Finding my most balanced, sustainable approach—lifting weights I love, eating to fuel my body, and realising that rest is just as important as effort.
Why You Should Trust Me to Help You
I took everything I learned and became a qualified personal trainer and online coach, specialising in helping people who feel like a hot mess finally get consistent with fitness & nutrition—without self-sabotage, burnout, or guilt spirals.
I’ve worked with 100s of clients, helping them ditch the crash-and-burn cycle and actually build a body they feel good in—without obsessing over every calorie or feeling like they need to ‘start over’ every Monday.
I’m also an ADHD & autism fitness coach in disguise
(not officially, but let’s be real—if your brain is spicy, I’ve got you).
